Postage & Delivery

Australian Natural & Organic is based in Perth, Western Australia. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days (except bulk sizes of 5kg/L, 15L & 20kg which need 3~4 days to prepare) and are shipped by Australia Post (items over 20kg will be delivered by courier).

We do not charge handling fees, which means the total cost of your order will be the cost of the products plus current postal rates (discounted postage for larger orders) plus insurance (if required).

Australian Orders

Perth: Flat rate $7.95 (up to 20kg, normal parcel post)

Rest of WA: $10.95 (up to 6kg, normal parcel post)

VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, NT, SA & TAS:

Up to 3kg: $9.90 (normal parcel post).

3-6kg: $18 (normal parcel post)

Registered Post: $2.80 extra. If you are concerned about the delivery, please choose this option for peace of mind. 

Orders over 6kg: Please contact us for discount postage rates.

International Orders: Please contact us for quotes.

Perth: 1 business day

VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, NT, SA & TAS: 4 ~ 6 business days.

Packaging

We use recycled boxes from local supermarkets and shredded office paper for soft packing. We also recycle all packing materials sent to us by manufacturers, including bubble wrap and other soft packing (which may be substituted for shredded newspaper where needed), to extend its use.
