Australian Natural & Organic is dedicated to customer service and quality control. All our products are produced fresh in Western Australia and are tested before we agree to stock them. While some are organically certified (where stated), all are made from natural ingredients with no added chemicals - which means they have limited shelf lives of between six months and two years. For this reason, we suggest you store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct light, as this will help to extend their natural shelf lives.
Because we are a West Australian company and all our manufacturers are based here, we can ensure that all our stock is fresh and in excellent condition before it is sent. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, we will replace or refund the order and pay for additional shipping costs according to our Returns Policy below:
As individual manufacturers have their own Returns Policies, we are bound by them and cannot replace any product that does not fall within their terms. However, generally we will replace or refund any product that is returned to us within 14 days of the order having been received, and where the product has not been substantially used. We will also refund any postage costs incurred where damaged products are found to be the fault of the manufacturer or the handling of Australian Natural & Organic.
Please note: we cannot accept any product that is not returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
While all products are carefully packaged, from time to time fragile items such as soap bars etc may suffer slight damage from handling and transit. This will not limit their use or effectiveness, so cannot be returned for this reason. Returns will usually only be accepted where damage to packaging that is the fault of the manufacturer or Australian Natural & Organic has caused such products to leak or taint, rendering them unusable or unhygienic.
Although it is very rare, in our experience, for Australia Post and other carriers to damage products whilst in transit, there is a possibility this may occur. In such cases, Australian Natural & Organic cannot be held responsible for any shipping damage incurred. If you are concerned that your order may be damaged during transit to your area, state or country, it is advisable that you opt to insure the order. Please specify at the time of ordering what method of shipping you would prefer, and if you would like your order to be insured at extra cost.
