This is my every-day soap and is better than anything else I have tried. While some people prefer the floral scent of Rose Geranium or the relaxing qualities of Camomile & Lavender (which they say helps them sleep better at night), my favourite is the refreshing Honey & Wheatgerm.
This soap really works at keeping your skin clean while moisturising it at the same time. And unlike other "moisturising" soaps on the market, it does not leave your skin feeling "oily" or like you haven't washed it off properly. The extra-virgin olive oil is absorbed straight into your skin - which shows just how effective it is. You really have to try it to fully appreciate it.
An interesting fact about this soap is that the gentleman who invented it developed it for his own son's skin condition (eczema). After years of using animal tallow and other chemical-based soaps, he found the only thing that really soothed his son's skin was extra-virgin olive oil! (Yes, just like the southern Europeans have used for centuries.) The soap was so successful, he turned into an international business! Synergistic soaps are completely natural and still made right here in Western Australia.
* These soaps contain 70% pure Australian extra-virgin olive oil, which is grown and produced locally.
** DO NOT leave these skin bars in a warm or humid place, as the 70% olive oil disolves easily, meaning your soap will disappear right before your eyes if you do not store it or allow it to dry properly!
