If you are new to online shopping or the Australian Natural & Organic website, this guide will help you to browse, select and order any desired product.

All useful Links can be found in the box at the top left-hand side of each page. Here, you will find most information you need to order and learn about our company. This website is a work in progress, so please check back regularly to view new information and products.

If you cannot easily locate an item, there is a Quick Find button to the top right-hand side of each page.

Underneath the Links box to the left are our Specials. Here you will find discounted and clearance items.

All other products are listed on the left-hand side of each page under Products. You may also search by Manufacturers with the link provided underneath.

To view a product category, click on the link provided. This will take you to a listings page where you can view each product in that category or click on the Manufacturer to view other products by the same company. Some categories have sub-categories (denoted by an arrow “>” next to the category name). Clicking this link will take you to the sub-category listings page.

To view a product, click on its image, product name or Buy Now button. Clicking Buy Now will not commit you to buying – it will simply take you to the product description.

Once you have selected a product, you may notice that some products come in various sizes with different prices. These will be displayed as “Available Options”. Simply scroll down to whichever size you wish to choose.

Once you have chosen your desired size, you may click Reviews or Add to Cart. The Reviews button will take you to reviews of that item by other purchasers. The Add to Cart button will add the product to your Shopping Cart.

Once you have added a product to your Shopping Cart, you may Continue Shopping (click the link) or go to Checkout.

If you have come this far and are ready to order and pay for your products, you will either be asked to Log On or Register a new account (if you have not done so already). Registering an account is free and there is no commitment to buy. It takes only a minute or so, but you will be asked to provide an email address and a password. Your email address will be used to log on, send out a new password if you forget your old one, and to confirm any orders, so it is important you use a valid email address.

All orders will be confirmed by the email you provide.

Passwords and other account details can be updated at any time by clicking on My Account in the header at the top of each page.

Once you have logged in, selected your items and arrived at the Checkout, you will be taken to the Delivery Information page where your Ordering Address (postal address) will be displayed before you can proceed. You may change this address if you wish, or simply click Continue to proceed.

The next page is Payment Information, where your Billing Address will be confirmed as well as your desired method of payment. If you pay by credit card, your order will be processed immediately. Online orders using bank transfers, money orders or checks cannot be processed until all funds have been cleared (up to two weeks). For information on how we process and secure your credit card details, please click on our Privacy Policy at the bottom of the page.

Please note: the final Checkout price does not include shipping.

If you wish to calculate the final price of your order, you may click on the Shipping Policy link provided on the Delivery Information or Pricing Information pages.

If you wish to confirm shipping costs or leave instructions (for express, registered, insured post etc) before your order is processed, please note this in the Comment Box provided on the Delivery Information or Pricing Information pages. We will email you with the total cost and confirm any instructions before your order is processed. Otherwise, shipping will be calculated at Australia Post rates (see Shipping ), added to your order, and processed the same day (for credit card orders).

Once you have completed the Checkout process, your order will be sent! In addition, you may contact us at any time through our Contact Us page.
